Full time

Assist in the construction of homes and projects by ensuring the site is set up for optimal performance, safety, and material management.

What you will do
  • +Set up and store tools and staging daily
  • +Organize, cover and protect material on site
  • +Shovel, rake and place concrete; grade and haul
  • +Read a tape in fractional graduations
  • +Learn to read blueprints on the job

Build with the Builder Lead to develop builder skills. Build on your own, supervised by the Lead.

What you will do
  • +Walls, floors, roof systems, formwork, other tasks
  • +Windows, exterior doors, finish roofing, garage doors, other projects.
  • +Set up workflow to optimize each task
  • +Study the code, specs, and plans that applies to the current project

  • +Assist with BIM from conceptual design models
  • +Take-offs for material volumes and quantities
